Moo Moo Express Car Wash

Very dęcęptive baıt and swıtch sales by Alejandro. I went through on 6/16 for ONE ceramic for $26 but what I got was a fąke promotion upsell for a ceramic membership and only a basic wash. Alejandro of course asked me to sign up for a membership, I declined bc I work remotely and drive minimally. He blatantly lied to get me to sign up, saying they were running a special where the CERAMIC unlimited was only $22/month for as long as I kept the subscription. I clarified 3 separate times/ways that he was referring to ceramic unlimited NOT THE BASIC WASH bc it’s usually about twice as much per month. He adamantly maintained it was $22/month for the unlimited CERAMIC membership, saying it was a special for 30 days “no gimmicks” and laying it on thick with the “sweethearts” and reassurance when I was questioning the steep discount vs $42/mon. When attempting to register my membership later there were zero specials. So he charged me for a basic wash and gave me a basic wash, not the ceramic I clearly asked for about 5x in our 3 min interaction, and signed me up for something far different from what I agreed to that never even existed. Best part, it didn’t even properly clean my RX350 the

I just waited in line for 30 minutes just for my car to come out not even washed. I am an unlimited member and this was my first time at this location. As my car went through, the machines completely turned off and I didn’t get any soap and or water. For the water that did splash on my car, it wasn’t even dried as I was leaving. I’ll attach pics of my car AFTER leaving the wash. Extremely disappointing. Never coming to this location again.

In their quest to add more monthly memberships, they’ve done away with self-pay machines. It takes so much longer and it’s tiresome tv get the sales pitch each time. But, the washes are good and location’s convenient

Employees are nice. The carwash itself ALWAYS leaves soap behind. Very frustrating. I know they say that due to different contours and overhangs of cars the dryers can’t always get all the soap, but then the feedback should be taken into consideration and the problem corrected. Ultimately, I canceled my membership because I didn’t enjoy having to pull off and hand dry the soap away after every wash.
